FI New Issue Specialist

The role involves managing deal flow, liaising with syndicate desks, and ensuring efficient execution and distribution of new bond issues.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the fixed income new issue pipeline and transaction calendar
- Interface with syndicate desks, issuers, and internal sales/trading teams
- Monitor pricing, allocation, and settlement of new issues
- Pitch new issues and investment opportunities to institutional clients
- Maintain strong relationships with counterparties and institutional investors
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years in fixed income markets or syndicate operations
- Solid understanding of primary debt issuance and distribution

- Legal right to work in the UK

Compliance Analyst
EmKap UK Ltd, an FCA-licensed investment firm based in London, is seeking to recruit a Compliance Analyst/Assistant to join its Compliance Department. This position reports directly to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the execution of the Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP)
- Support AML/CTF procedures, including CDD, EDD, and SDD
- Conduct sanctions screening and adverse media checks
- Maintain compliance records and manage regulatory filings (e.g., MiFID, FCA)
- Monitor regulatory developments and assist in updating internal policies
- Liaise with counterparties during onboarding processes
- Prepare compliance training materials and assist with audits and regulatory inquiries
- Perform ad hoc compliance and financial crime-related tasks as directed by the Head of Compliance
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles within FCA-authorised firms
- Familiarity with AML, KYC, and MiFID regulations preferred

- Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
